Distant Dreams

There are actually three different versions of Distant Dreams and I decided to post them all for your reading pleasure.

Distant Dreams I below is the original version. It was written as flash fiction (749 words) for a fanzine back in the days when such publications were still printed on paper and mailed to people. Yeah, that long ago!

After a number of requests (well over 10,000 as I recall), I wrote what is presented below as Distant Dreams II – Female POV. This is a slightly longer version (around 2,500 words) written from the point of view of the main female character, Alease.

Lastly, we have Distant Dreams II – Male POV and it is similar to the female POV but as told by the main male character Eric.

Both versions of Distant Dreams II were made into audio books. Well, at less than 3,000 words, more like audio stories.

Enjoy!
