  1. Hi, Melodee! Pardon my asbsence during NaNoWriMo.

My writing style is a combination of poetic and simplistic, if that makes sense. I try not to compose compound-complex sentences but to keep the thoughts rather blunt. I also tend to use words with as few syllables as possible. However, I delight in cadence and metaphor. I’m a firm believer in breaking the boundaries and creating something new. Let every paragraph be a stanza, one I could set to music if only I could!

PS, I am at around 42K on my NaNo journey. Wish me luck. 🙂

  2. Since my “Immortal Relations” stories (on Amazon & Kindle) were supposedly taken from Gary Logan’s Journal, written in first-person, I would have to call it a narrative style. There, Gary describes his journey of becoming a vampire in order to be with the ladies he has fallen in love with.

My first book started as a cathartic exercise when I was shocked to find that my late father had a tryst with a young Czech interpreter. He had been sent to assist the formation of a new Czech Government after World War II. It was my own psychological trauma that got things rolling and from there the story took on a life of it’s own. The other books just followed along. None are cliff-hangers. is book #1, the second book is and the final book in the first series is Immortal Relations is the start of each book’s title.
